Bistronomy by Nico Launches Monthly Themed Brunch

Bistronomy by Nico will this month debut a new brunch service that will replace the previous brunch program. The restaurant’s new once-per-month themed Sunday brunches will feature festive, customized menus curated for the occasion, special decor, and some creative costumes.

The Baguettes & Bones Brunch will launch the program on Sunday, October 29th from 10:30 am to 2 pm. Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion to enjoy the special themed menu with festive items including the Monster Mussels + Fries, Dracula’s Eggs Meurette, Haunted Duck Confit Hash, and Pumpkin Crepes.

Specialty Halloween cocktails will include the Poison Apple made with bourbon, sour apple, and applewood smoked bacon, the Jacked-o-Lantern with spiced rum and espresso, and The Frankentini made with cocoa, mint, cream, matcha, and torched marshmallows.

  • Sunday, November 26th – Escape from the Leftovers Brunch

  • Sunday, December 31st – New Year’s Eve Brunch
