South Carolina Employers have the 3rd Biggest Hiring Struggle in the U.S. – WalletHub Study

WalletHub today released its study on 2023’s States Where Employers Are Struggling the Most in Hiring and South Carolina ranked as having the third biggest hiring struggles in the country.

In order to see where employers are struggling the most in hiring, WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia based on the rate of job openings for both the latest month and the last 12 months.

• Job openings rate during the latest month: 7.10%
• Job openings rate in the past 12 months: 7.18%
• Overall rank: 3^rd biggest hiring struggle in the country
