The Establishment is hosting Single Barrel Selection Dinner with the Peninsula Grill on November 9th starting at 6 pm. Executive Chef Elliott Howells and Executive Chef Caleb Hulsey from The Peninsula Grill will create a menu that will be paired with private selection single barrel picks from Jim Daniloff aka The Packie. 

The expected menu is as follows:

2nd: Guava Pork Belly – brown butter sweet potato, braised chard, bourbon & vanilla pear
11 yr Bulliet Single Barrel 104°

3rd: Braised Mushrooms – en croûte, gruyère fonduta
Davidson Reserve Rye Single Barrel 126.6°

4th: Prime Strip Loin – stilton pave, hazelnut butter, pink peppercorn jus, pickled mustard, crispy kale
Heavens Door Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey 127.3°

Dessert: Coca-Cola Cake – candied lime, pecan brittle, luxardo cherry
