Post and Courier Endorses Reggie Burgess for Mayor of North Charleston

The Post and Courier has endorsed Reggie Burgess for Mayor of North Charleston. As explained by the Post and Courier, the endorsement is based on his “careerlong work within the city’s largest and most important department” and “his temperament and commitment to listening to residents.” 

“I humbly thank the Post and Courier for its endorsement,” Burgess said. “I am extremely grateful for their acknowledgment of my work and understanding of my vision for this city that I love so much.”

The Post and Courier later stated, “A vote for Reggie Burgess will give the city its best chance to continue to prosper and grow.”
