Three Artists Unite to Create The Big Splash at Lowcountry Artists Gallery

Published

on

A trio of renowned Lowcountry artists – Ivo Kerssemakers, Stephen Vadakin, and Zan Smith – have come together to bring their unique talents to a month-long exhibit at Lowcountry Artists Gallery. “The Big Splash” will share the power and the beauty of the coastline and celebrate the magnificent creatures that live in the sea.

The exhibit will feature “Il Pesce,” a 7 foot long sculpture by Zan Smith and a unique mix of materials and interpretations that promises to be both captivating and inspiring. From sculptures of fish, whales, and dolphins to photographs that capture serene worlds that appear to be untouched by humans, the exhibit has been curated with art that excites and stimulates, with a sense of calm, serenity and joy.

The Big Splash will open with a free public reception with refreshments from 5 pm to 8 pm on October 2nd and will run through October 31st.
