Patrick Properties Offering À la carte & Complete Thanksgiving Packages

This Thanksgiving, spend less time cooking and more time with family and friends by ordering from the Patrick Properties Hospitality Group (PPHG). Enjoy a la carte offerings created by PPHG’s culinary team, including braised short ribs, roasted root vegetables, Tillamook southern mac & cheese, apple caramel pie, and more.

If you’re looking for a complete dinner, you can order the Turkey Dinner Package, which feeds six people for $230. This option features four-six pounds of three-day brined turkey breast, along with your choice of house-made buttermilk biscuits with fresh sage or buttery cornbread swirled with spicy green tomato jam; turkey gravy and citrus cranberry compote; two vegetables, such as the green bean casserole with crispy onions + cremini mushrooms or the roasted root vegetables with carrot, parsnips and turnips; and two starches, such as the roasted garlic whipped potatoes or herbed stuffing with sage, thyme, and caramelized onions. Heating instructions will be included with all dishes, and bottles of wine will be available to purchase.

Between now and November 13th, you can place your order online here, and pay ahead, so curbside pick-up is fast and stress-free. Pick-up with be available Wednesday, November 25th from 10 am to 6 pm, and Thursday, November 26th from 10 am to 12 pm at Parcel 32, located at 442 King Street.
