on

The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center hosts daily flu shot clinics at the medical center downtown, and the North Charleston and Goose Creek VA clinics. The flu shot is free for enrolled Veterans and no appointment is necessary.

Flu Shot Clinics:

  • Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, flu shots available at front at west (ER) entrances, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Goose Creek, 2418 Naval Nuclear Power Training Command Cir (Joint Base Charleston), Monday – Friday, 8 am – 2 pm
  • N. Charleston VA Outpatient Clinic, 9237 University Blvd, Monday – Friday 8 am – 2 pm.
    • This is a drive-up flu shot clinic. Veterans are asked to wear short sleeve shirts.

A season of influenza and COVID-19 could have a serious impact on Veterans, so it is more important than ever for Veterans to get a flu shot this year. Charleston VAMC and its clinics will be providing free vaccinations to enrolled Veterans in a safe, convenient, COVID-19-aware manner.
