Aside from thin sliced turkey offered up on delis sandwiches nationwide, sadly the all mighty turkey is often overlooked throughout the year, except when it becomes the recognized poultry at Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. Why, oh why don’t we celebrate turkey year round?

Smart restaurants such as Famous Toastery have filled the turkey void. The breakfast and lunch, aka brunch eatery carries a Turkey & Brie Melt, that is an everyday ode to the holiday staple. Thick slices of tender turkey on toasted sourdough, oozing with a brie and a raspberry puree. Succulent and tasty!

You can get a variety of early morning or midday meals at Famous Toastery, including omelets, French toast, burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps, and more. All of them are awesome in their own right, but every now and then maybe opt for the Turkey & Brie Melt for a quick flashback to those family holiday get togethers. Order it with a side of their famous mac n’ cheese, and it will remind you of Thanksgiving leftovers at grandma’s house. Gobble Gobble!
