Galpão Gaucho Celebrates NYE in Historic Downtown

Galpão Gaucho, located at 167 East Bay Street in historic downtown Charleston is open and celebrating New Year’s Eve with a complimentary champagne toast for each guest.
The restaurant will also be serving its traditional Brazilian fare of grilled meats and fresh salads, and offers 17 different cuts of meats, ranging from beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood, which are served tableside by gaucho chefs.
The meats are complimented by a delicious gourmet salad bar including hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, sweet beets, asparagus, imported cheeses, and cured meats. Side dishes like garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, traditional rice and black beans, and Brazilian cheese bread made with cassava flour are the perfect complement to the unlimited continuous service meal. For dessert, patrons can choose from a number of gourmet and house made desserts, which include crème brulee, Brazilian style flan, chocolate molten cake, and papaya cream.
