Community representatives are selected annually through an open call for applications.
“There is no substitute for community voice, just as there is no substitute for authentic two-way community engagement. Both are vital in the work of the CJCC as we work to improve the community safety and well-being within Charleston County,” stated CJCC Chairman Jason Bruder, Captain, Charleston Police Department.
