Myrtle Manor Trailer Park Gets Reality TV Show

Premiering this Sunday (3/3) on TLC is a reality TV show about a trailer park community in Myrtle Beach.

No, really.

I’m sure this will only help correct all of those annoying Southern stereotypes….

TLC describes the show as follows:

Get a slice of Southern beach life in Welcome to Myrtle Manor, a new series that revolves around the quirky mobile home residents of a trailer park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Becky, the trailer park landlord, dreams of turning Myrtle Manor into the five-star trailer park she has always dreamed of, with amenities like an on-site hair salon and a new above ground swimming pool. Will she be able to make her father Cecil, the owner of the trailer park, proud and keep the residents happy?

Becky isn’t the only “character” on the show. You can view the full list of residents that will be prominently feature here.

Myrtle Manor used to be called Patrick’s Mobile Home Park.

The show will air at 10 pm EST.
