Wild Common Hosting Chef’s Collaboration Dinner with Mansueta’s Filipino Food

On Sunday, March 28th, Wild Common will host their First Chef’s Collaboration Dinner with Chef Nikko Cagalanan of Mansueta’s Filipino Food and their own chef, Orlando Pagán.

Guests can enjoy a five-course tasting menu that weaves together the two cuisines. The expected menu can be seen below:

  • SNACKS
    • Baked Oyster with Black Truffle & Spinach
    • Lumpia with Banana Ketchup & Papaya
    • Steamed Buns with Korean BBQ & Cucumbers
  • FIRST
    • Seared Diver Scallops
    • Crab Rice, Kimchi, Calamansi
  • SECOND
    • Chicken Adobo
    • Lacinato Kale, Soy-Coconut Sauce
  • THIRD
    • Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin
    • Spring Onions, Endive Marmalade, Bourbon-Truffle Jus
  • DESSERT
    • Suman – Sticky Rice, Mango, Ube
    • Flan de Queso – Chef Orlando’s Mom’s Recipe
