Point Hope to Host First Free Community Event
Point Hope, a new master-planned community on the Cainhoy peninsula, will host its first free community event on Saturday, May 22nd from 4 pm to 7 pm. The Gathering on the Green will include live music, local food trucks, lawn games, and more on the community’s Village Green.
Event details include:
- Live music from The Green Levels
- Food available for purchase from Don Sazon & Just Eat This food trucks
- Free snowballs from Chilly Goat
- Lawn Games & Kids Activities
Guests are encouraged to bring their coolers, blankets, and lawn chairs. Lawn games including corn hole, Giant Jeng,a and Giant Connect 4 will be set up for all to enjoy.
Parking and admission for Gathering on the Green is free. Dogs are welcome, too, but must be kept leashed at all times. Guests are also asked to kindly wear a mask while ordering food and maintain social distancing protocols.
The Village Green is located in front of The Hub, Point Hope’s information center. The Hub and Village Green at Point Hope are located at 1049 Point Hope Parkway in Charleston.
