Dashi to Host Charcuterie Class on May 22
Dashi will be partnering with Lacey at Sullivan’s Board Co. for a special Charcuterie Workshop at the restaurant on Saturday, May 22nd from 4 pm to 6 pm. Lacey will teach guests skills and techniques to build their own unique and delicious 8×8 charcuterie board. Attendees will learn cheese carving, meat folds, fruit carving, tips for grocery shopping, and more. After the class, guests can enjoy Dashi’s mix of Latin and Asian cuisines and cocktails, including their $5 margaritas available on Saturdays for Happy Hour.
Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased here. Dashi is located at 1262 Remount Rd. in North Charleston.
