Quintin’s Close-Ups: Attorney and Caitlyn the Dog owner Ted Corvey

Quintin Washington of Quintin’s Close-Ups recently spoke with local attorney Ted Corvey, who owns Caitlyn the Dog, the pet that arrived at the Charleston Animal Society six years ago with almost 12 layers of electrical tape wrapped around her swollen muzzle. Corvey was the prosecutor in Caitlyn’s felony animal abuse case. The man responsible for her abuse was given the maximum sentence.
