Wild Common’s Next Truffle Weekend Kicks off July 16th

Later this month, Chef Orlando Pagan and Wild Common will host a Mid-summer Night’s Truffle, a weekend-long celebration of truffles, from Friday, July 16th to Sunday, July 18th.

This latest edition of the restaurant’s Truffle Weekend will feature numerous seatings each night. Here’s a sample menu provided by the restaurant:

TRUFFLE WEEKEND SAMPLE MENU

  • Four-Courses | $195 per person
    • SNACKS
      • mushroom dumpling
        • northeast nori, black truffle consomme
      • maine lobster tartlet
        • egg yolk dill
      • pate en croute
        • pickled mustard seeds, black truffles
    • FIRST
      • seared wreckfish
      • sweet corn agnolotti, tokyo turnips, black truffle veloute
    • NEXT
      • alium ash crusted dry-aged beef tenderloin
      • charred eggplant, black truffle mille feuille, bourbon-black truffle jus
    • LAST
      • charleston gold rice “risotto” with black truffle and coconut
      • black truffle doughnuts

The restaurant will have special wine pairings available upon request.

The dinners are $195 per person and reservations are available via Resy. Here is the schedule:

  • Friday, July 16th at 6, 7, 8, and 9 pm
  • Saturday, July 17th at 6, 7, 8, and 9 pm
  • Sunday, July 18th at 6, 7, and 8 pm
