Keegan-Filion Farm to Host Open House in November

The family behind Keegan-Filion Farm, located in Walterboro, will host an Open House on Friday, November 12th from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, November 13th from 10 am to 4 pm. Guests can wander the 100-acre farm and enjoy 10% off everything (with the exception of dairy) from the Farm Store, which offers all of Keegan-Filion Farm meats, along with pastas and gelatos from Rio Bertolini, popcorn from Amish Country Popcorn and more. Guests can also enjoy complimentary samples of the Farm’s cheeses and local apple butter from Amish Wedding Foods.

Annie, Marc, Amy, and Jesse Filion say they believe in p”roviding their community and surrounding areas with high quality, healthy and sustainable meat, and treat their animals with the utmost respect.” From cows to pigs to chickens, all of their animals are antibiotic free, hormone free, and fed entirely vegetarian diets.

If you like what you see at the Open House, you can take advantage of Keegan-Filion’s Pastured Pantry, a biweekly home delivery service offering pasture-raised meats, free-range eggs, grass-fed dairy, all natural jams and jellies, fresh pasta, gelato and more. Deliveries can be made to the greater Walterboro, Charleston, and Beaufort/Bluffton areas.
