Personal finance website WalletHub on Wednesday released a report on “2021’s Best Cities for Baseball Fans” and Charleston ranked 39th overall and 5th among midsize cities. The news comes a week after the Holy City notched the same ranking on Wallethub’s list of “2021’s Best Midsize Cities for Soccer Fans.”

To determine the best places to be a fan of America’s second most followed sport, WalletHub compared over 330 U.S. cities with at least one college or professional baseball team across 31 key metrics. They range from performance level of team(s) to average ticket price to stadium accessibility.
