Regatta Inn on Folly Beach to Host Flippers & Fur Fest on December 5th

The Regatta Inn on Folly Beach will host the inaugural Flippers & Fur Fest on Sunday, December 5th. The event will be filled with family- and dog-friendly activities with 100% of the proceeds benefiting two local nonprofits, Folly Beach Turtle Watch Program and Pet Helpers.

The waterfront event will take place from 12 pm until 5:30 pm at the Regatta Inn’s outdoor event space and features a schedule of activities including live music, a cornhole tournament, a yoga class, a vendor village, and a silent auction. Beer and wine selections will be available for sale along with Lowcountry Boil and chili provided by Southern Bear Catering.

Pet Helpers will be on-site with adoptable puppies and dogs, while Folly Beach Turtle Watch Program will be providing information about the organization and its efforts to protect the local endangered sea turtle population.

Flipper & Fur Fest tickets are $25 for adults and include one drink voucher and one food voucher. Children 12 and under are free. To purchase tickets, go to RegattaInn.com or to Eventbrite.

The Regatta Inn is located at 64 West 9th Street – next to the Folly Beach Marina.
