BCLS Returns Backyard Birding with Charleston County Parks in January
Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) is bringing back Backyard Birding: A Virtual Event with Natural History Interpretation Coordinator, Keith McCullough, Charleston County Parks, and Jennifer Randall, Goose Creek Library on Thursday, January 20th from 2 pm to 3 pm.
To register for this month’s event, visit Backyard Birding. Once registered, participants will receive an invitation to the online event. Backyard Birding will continue each third Thursday.
“We are excited to continue Backyard Birding in 2022,” said Jennifer Randall, Goose Creek Library. “We are so grateful to be joined again by Keith McCullough, the Natural History Interpretation Coordinator for Charleston County Parks, which hosts weekly birding walks at both Caw Caw Interpretive Center and James Island County Park where visitors can explore the beauty of the Lowcountry and its many birds. Keith will lead our discussion this month as we identify and discuss the many birds visiting our area this winter.”
