Published

on

Charleston Mom Prom will next month host their 8th annual event benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation. Founded by a local CF Mom, this one-of-a-kind event invites all ladies (21+) to come dance the night away while raising money for an important cause. This year’s party theme is “Yes Way Rosé” and will take place on Saturday, February 5th at 7 pm at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor (100 Ferry Wharf Rd, Mt. Pleasant).

The last event – held in 2020 – raised more than $20,000 with a crowd of 300 women in attendance.

Put on your dancing shoes, get ready to party for a purpose, and raise a ton of money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Tickets include DJ and dancing from 7 pm to 11 pm, a photo booth, a dessert bar, one free drink (cash bar available), and the chance to be crowned Mom Prom Queen. Prizes will be awarded for best-dressed classy and best-dressed tacky, and a virtual auction will accompany the event.

Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives.
