Herd Provisions Announces Second Dinner in Series Supporting Ukraine
Herd Provisions will host the second installment of their dinner series with World Central Kitchen in support of Ukraine on Saturday, April 16th, 2022.
Chef Ramon Taimanglo from neighboring restaurant, Park & Grove, will be collaborating with Chef Jeanne Oleksiak of Herd to prepare a ‘nose-to-tail’ pig dinner for guests to enjoy. The pig being used will be sourced from Herd Provisions owner Alec Bradford’s family farm, Leaping Waters Farm.
GrowFood Carolina will be donating the produce and Crosby’s Seafood will be donating the seafood Chef Oleksiak and her team will be preparing on the night of the event.
High Wire Distillery and Kellogg Selections will also be donating gin and wine.
