  • Certified Sommelier Colin Lee will lead participants through the history of the famed Champagne region and the intricate process behind the magic in the bottle. You will learn history, soil types, and of course tackle the subregions of Champagne. You will taste three different Champagnes (and a Cava for comparison)

  • Hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 8th, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in its Crown Ballroom
