State Museum’s Laser Light Show Series Returns This Summer

This summer each evening will follow a special theme with the ‘Summer of Love’ night starting off the series on June 17. The shows will feature the music of iconic artists Elton John, The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix, including iconic songs such as “Rocket Man,” “Come Together,” “Foxy Lady” and many more. In addition to the laser light shows, food will be available for purchase from local food truck Fleur deLicious. The events will also offer a cash bar with a selection of craft beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

Friday Night Laser Lights Summer 2022 Lineup:

Friday June 17 – Summer of Love

7:00 p.m. – Elton John

8:30 p.m. – The Beatles: Abbey Road

10:00 p.m – Jimi Hendrix

Friday July 15 – Pop Royalty

7:00 p.m. – Prince

8:30 p.m. – Michael Jackson

10:00 p.m – Queen

Friday August 19 – Decades Night

7:00 p.m. – Laser Vinyl: 70s Rock

8:30 p.m. – That 80s Show

10:00 p.m – That 90s Show

Tickets are $10 per show for the general public and $8 per show for museum members. Advance purchase is strongly recommended as shows have a limited capacity and often sell out. Doors open at 6 p.m. with shows at 7 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
