Trouble No More and Trevor Hall to Headline The Refinery Amphitheater’s Opening Weekend
The Refinery, Charleston’s newest mixed-use development, is just a week away from hosting the first musical acts at its new outdoor amphitheater – Trouble No More and Trevor Hall. The venue’s opening weekend will take place from August 13th to 14th.
Saturday night will kick off with Memphis-based group, Trouble No More, which celebrates the music of the Allman Brothers Band. The group, which includes members Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Daniel Donato, Dylan Niederauer, Jack Rayn, Lamar Williams, Nikki Glaspie, Peter Levin, and Roosevelt Collier, will be performing the iconic Eat a Peach album. A portion of all proceeds from their performance will benefit The Big House Foundation, which funds The Big House Museum – home of the Allman Brothers Band from 1970-1973 and the largest collection of the group’s memorabilia in the world. During the show, guests can enjoy food and drink options from Charleston food trucks Tamashi and And Lobster.
Sunday’s performances features South Carolina native Trevor Hall (right), who plays a mix of folk and electronic music. Local food trucks Roti Rolls and Co-Hog, will be on site.
The Refinery Amphitheater features a covered stage, green space, permanent restrooms and concessions in retrofitted shipping containers. The Refinery’s outdoor rooftop “The Platform” provides an elevated experience for VIP concertgoers, including premium viewing and a private bar.
