Wine Down Wednesday Returns to Old Towne Creek County Park Next Month
Charleston County Parks announced that the next installment of their Wine Down Wednesday series will return to Old Towne Creek County Park for three dates this fall.
Each event runs from 5 pm to 7 pm and includes live music, wine, and food. Admission fees cover wine and a commemorative wine glass.
The Fall 2022 Wine Down Wednesday music and food lineup is:
- September 7th: Music by Jack Triebold and food from Dizzy Lamb and Smokology
- October 5th: Music by Jacob Poole and food from The RiverDogs and Wicked Waffles
- October 19th: Music by Matt Jordan and food from Don Sazon and Tacklebox
Admission for Wine Down Wednesday is $20 per person in advance, and $25 the day of the event, if available. Advance registration is recommended as these events are expected to sell out. Registration is available for ages 21 and up at CharlestonCountyParks.com.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs, tables and blankets. Dogs are welcome, but must remain on a leash at all times. Outside alcohol is prohibited; however, outside food is allowed.
Old Towne Creek County Park is located in West Ashley off Old Towne Road and is open for special events only. It features 67 acres of open fields complemented by groves of live oak trees.
