Negroni Week Returns on September 12th
Each participating restaurant and bar will donate a portion of proceeds from their Negroni sales to Slow Food. A Negroni is a drink that is traditionally made with Campari, gin, and vermouth, but local bars may offer variations of the drink. You can see a list of participating venues here.
Imbibe Magazine launched Negroni Week in 2013, and since then, the event has grown from about 120 participating venues to thousands of venues around the world. To date, the initiative has raised over $3 million for charitable organizations.
