9th Annual Mushroom Gathering Scheduled for November 10th
For the ninth straight year, there’s a fungus among us! GrowFood Carolina and the Coastal Conservation League invites you to celebrate their 9th Annual Mushroom Gathering by stopping at the former’s warehouse on Thursday, November 10th. The fun runs from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
The event includes food, drinks, music, and of course, plenty of mushrooms. The gathering was created to celebrate the anniversary of the passing of legislation that permits the sale of foraged mushrooms in South Carolina. This year’s participating restaurants include Bearcat, Chubby Fish, Common Thread, The Harbinger Café & Bakery, Iron Clay, Jackrabbit Filly, Life Raft Treats, Slightly North of Broad, and Weltons Fine Foods.

The GrowFood Carolina Warehouse is located at 990 Morrison Drive. Organizers say this will be the last time the gathering is held at this location.
