Local Community Event Raises over $4K for Breast Cancer Awareness
Mount Pleasant Towne Centre and Roper St. Francis Healthcare are proud to announce $4,567 in fundraising from their 4th annual Pink Promenade Catwalk and Cocktails event that occured over the weekend.
Hosted on Saturday, October 8th, Pink Promenade raised funds through event and raffle ticket sales with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Roper St. Francis Foundation. The success of Pink Promenade will support the Roper St. Francis Healthcare breast cancer program and help more patients live beyond breast cancer in the community.
The community came together at this sold-out event at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre to participate in the recognition and support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Pink Promenade featured pink champagne cocktails and brunch plates, as well as a special runway fashion show with cancer survivor models showing off the latest pink fashions, provided by participating Mount Pleasant Towne Centre retail locations.
