SAVI Cucina + Wine Bar to Hold Silver Oak Cellars Wine Dinner

SAVI Cucina + Wine Bar announced that their upcoming Society Wine Dinner will spotlight one of Northern California’s most established wineries, Silver Oak Cellars. Join SAVI Co-Founder, Ty Raju, and special guest from Silver Oak, Anna Pepgjonaj, on Tuesday, November 8th at 6:30 pm for an evening of education and personal winery stories.

For over 50 years, Silver Oak has been crafting some of California’s most compelling Cabernet Sauvignon. SAVI is excited to host this titan of the Napa and Sonoma wine industry whose guiding philosophy is, “we have yet to make our best bottle of wine.”

Each featured wine, including the 2017 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 Twomey Sauvignon Bland and special pours of 2017 Ovid Hexameter Red will be paired with a course from SAVI Culinary Director Michael Semancik, Executive Chef Jordan Aldrich and Executive Pastry Chef Jason Sturdevant.
