SAVI Cucina + Wine Bar to Hold Silver Oak Cellars Wine Dinner
For over 50 years, Silver Oak has been crafting some of California’s most compelling Cabernet Sauvignon. SAVI is excited to host this titan of the Napa and Sonoma wine industry whose guiding philosophy is, “we have yet to make our best bottle of wine.”
Each featured wine, including the 2017 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 Twomey Sauvignon Bland and special pours of 2017 Ovid Hexameter Red will be paired with a course from SAVI Culinary Director Michael Semancik, Executive Chef Jordan Aldrich and Executive Pastry Chef Jason Sturdevant.
