Relax and Create with New Needlecraft Group at Cane Bay Library!

Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) is hosting a Needlecraft Group Thursdays from 1 pm to 4 pm and to continue every Thursday at Cane Bay Library, located at 1655 Cane Bay Boulevard, Summerville.
All types of needlecraft are encouraged. Experienced participants, may bring a working project of knitting, stitching, crochet, embroidery or cross-stitch, and are available to assist beginner participants. To ensure availability of crafting supplies, beginner participants are encouraged to contact Cane Bay Library before the group meets.
“Many craft persons have said this is cheaper than therapy,” said Mona Marshall, Cane Bay needlecraft group participant. “Everyone is welcome, and if you don’t know how to do something yet, we’ll be happy to teach you. Or we’ll be happy to learn from you.”
BCLS is pleased to provide a stress-relieving outlet to decompress, create and make Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, Baby Shower gifts or something just for the creator!
