Nomadic Supper Club Coming to Munkle Brewing on December 12th

Chefs Blair Machado and RJ Dye will host a nomadic dinner at Munkle Brewing on Monday, December 12th. There will be seatings at 6 pm and 8 pm.

This traveling supper club will feature seven courses paired with Munkle beer. Guests can expect seasonal vegetables, grilled meats from Keegan Filion Farm and Vital Missions, and locally-harvested seafood from Abundant Seafood and Tarvin Seafood. Here’s a look at the expected menu:

  • Welcome – Tarvin Shrimp Smorrebrod, Egg, Dill, Caviar
  • First – Warm Chicory Salad, Keegan-Filion Pork Belly
  • Second – Crispy Trout
  • Third – Peculiar Farms Hamhock Terrine, Parsley
  • Fourth – Spinach Knodel, Trappist Cheese Sauce
  • Fifth – Vital Mission Duck & Caggabe Rolls, Orange, Rice
  • Dessert – Julia’s Tarte Au Fromage, Charred Citrus
