Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros. to Play the North Charleston PAC in February
Before Bob Weir hits the road this summer for Dead & Company’s final tour, he’ll perform locally with one of his other bands. On February 2, 2023, Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolf Pack will play at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. Tickets go on sale at 10 am on Friday, December 9th.
The group is made up of bassist Don Was, Ratdog drummer Jay Lane, keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, and Weir, the Grateful Dead’s original guitarist. n 2022, Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros released their first ever vinyl collection of recorded material, Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros: Live in Colorado, on Third Man Records. The record—produced by Weir, Was, and Lane—features a collection of songs recorded during the band’s live performances at Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado and the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, Colorado in June 2021, their first live audience concerts in over a year due to the pandemic.
The Wolfpack is a string and brass quintet that features Alex Kelly, Brian Switzer, Adam Theis, Mads Tolling, Sheldon Brown, and Barry Sless.
