On Friday, December 30th, indie-rock band, Futurebirds, will headline Riversong, an intimate evening of music, wine, and more benefitting Charleston Waterkeeper. The event runs from 6 pm to 9 pm.

The evening will include an acoustic set from Futurebirds, along with performances by Susto (solo) and She Returns from War at Leon’s Oyster Shed (698 King Street). Eventgoers can enjoy bites from Leon’s and libations from Tarpon Cellars, Blackberry Farm Brewery, High Rise Seltzers, and High Wire Distillery. In addition to the music and beverages, local artisans, A Maker’s Post, Mad Made Metals, Jordan Cave and Isabel Bornstein will be on site.

Tarpon Cellars is a Napa Valley winery with southern roots. Winemaker Jeremy Carter lives in Charleston and produces single-vineyard wines with minimal intervention.

A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Charleston Waterkeeper, a local nonprofit defending and restoring Charleston’s waterways. To purchase tickets, click here.
