Charleston County Treasurer’s Office & Auditor’s Office Extend Business Hours

The Charleston County Treasurer’s Office and Auditor’s Office will offer extended office hours January 9th through January 12th, 2023. Property taxes are due January 17th, 2023.

Locations open until 6 pm:

• North Charleston office located at 4045 Bridge View Drive.
• Mt. Pleasant service center located at 1189 Sweetgrass Parkway.
• Downtown office located at 101 Meeting Street.

Location open until 5:30 pm:

• St. Paul’s Service Center located at 5962 Highway 165.

“We’re happy to provide another opportunity for tax-payers to get questions answered about their tax bills so that payments can be made to the Treasurer’s Office on time,” said Charleston County Auditor Peter Tecklenburg.

“We hope that extending office hours will be an added convenience to those who work normal business hours and want to come into the office to pay taxes, said Charleston County Treasurer Mary Tinkler.

Tax bills can be paid online, via phone, by mail and in person at any of Charleston County’s Service Center locations.
