NICO Oyster + Seafood Hosting “Bougie Bordeaux Wine Dinner” on January 18th

Starting at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, January 18th, NICO Oyster + Seafood will host a “Bougie Bordeaux Wine Dinner,” featuring three courses paired with wines from the Bordeaux region in France. 

The menu is as follows:

• Course Un
  • Foie gras crème brûlée served with toast points and chutney
  • Paired with Cremant de Loire
• Course Deux
  • Tornado de Boeuf served with roasted root vegetables
  • Paired with St Julien 2008
• Course Trois
  • Bordeaux Poached Pear with crème fraîche and spiced chocolate fondue
  • Paired with St Emilion 2018
