Wild Common Offering Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu

This Valentine’s Day, you and your sweetheart can celebrate by enjoying a tasting menu experience at Wild Common. The multi-course menu will be available from Friday, February 10th to Sunday, February 12th and on Valentine’s Day,  Tuesday, February 14th.

    • Winter Root Vegetables, Foraged Mushrooms
  • “Eggs Benedict”
    • Regiis Ova Caviar, English Muffin, Hollandaise Sauce
  • Wagyu Shabu Shabu
    • Shiitake Mushrooms, Sea Lettuce
  • Slow Poached Egg
    • Farro Verde, Smoked Potato, Black Truffles
  • Seared Atlantic Halibut
    • Aonori Brioche, Salsify, Sage
  • Surf & Turf
    • Butter Poached Maine Lobster, Braised Wagyu Short Rib, Sunchokes
  • Red Velvet
    • Chocolate Crémeux, Red Beets, Champagne
