Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre (MPTC) and the Charleston Animal Society (CAS) will once again team up to host Pup Bowl VI on Saturday, February 11th, from noon to 3 pm.

At 12:30 pm, the Kansas City Canines will face off against the Pupadelphia Eagles in an adorable matchup that’s sure to get tails wagging. The afternoon will be jam-packed with live music, puppy-themed shopping opportunities, balloon animals, face painting, and the chance to adopt your own pup! Emcee Silvana Bravo and DJ Luigi of Latin Groove Entertainment will provide in-game commentary and music. Brennan M, a student at Moultrie Middle School, will perform the National Anthem during pregame festivities.

Food and snacks will also be available from Zimos Gyros, Taternator, Delights Desserts & Coffee, and Holy City Popcorn, plus beer and wine from Burtons Grill & Bar. While you treat yourself to a bite, take a stroll through some of the local puppy-themed vendors, including Park West Veterinary Associates, Peace Love Puppies Charleston, Dog Bow Ties, Sandy Paws, and Advanced Animal Care of Mount Pleasant, plus MPTC favorites Peloton, Copper Penny, Palmetto Moon, European Wax Center and Hyatt Place.

Tickets are $10 per person, and all proceeds will directly benefit the Charleston Animal Society. Entry for children under 12 is free. Spectators interested in adopting one of the players must visit the Charleston Animal Society Registration Table prior to kickoff to receive their registration number. Adopters wishing to register after kickoff may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. All adoptions will be decided at random and if your number is selected, you may choose a remaining pup from that quarter only. In the event you do not want a pup from that quarter, your number will be placed back into the drawing. Once all pups in the quarter have been selected for adoption, spectators will have a chance to make a donation in order to come onto the field for up to five minutes per person, per visit. Additionally, one lucky adopter will win a $500 gift certificate to Park West Veterinary Associates, which can be used towards their first puppy doctor visit, recommended vaccinations and more.
