Les Dames d’Escoffier of Charleston Debuts Culinary Bazaar on March 25th
The Charleston Chapter of Les Dames Escoffier (LDEI) will host The Culinary Bazaar on Saturday, March 25th at High Wire Distilling from 10 am to 2 pm. The new event will be a one-day sale from the private collections of some of Charleston’s most influential foodies, chefs, and kitchens.
New and gently used serving pieces, counter-top appliances, crystal, china, barware, cookbooks, kitchen gadgets, and more will be sold to raise funds for the LDEI scholarship program and other philanthropic efforts. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site from the High Wire Tasting Room and Kitchen. Attendees can also participate in a culinary raffle for prizes or shop the bake sale for sweet treats created by Charleston’s best chefs, chocolatiers, and bakers.
