Former Congressman Joe Cunningham Launches Public Affairs and Strategic Communications Firm
Former Congressman and Democratic nominee for governor, Joe Cunningham, on Thursday announced the official launch of Cunningham Consulting, a full-service public affairs and consulting firm.
Cunningham, who served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2019-2021, worked on the House Natural Resources Committee as well as the Veterans Affairs Committee. He passed the Great American Outdoors Act, a bill referred to as the ‘holy grail’ of conservation legislation and fully funds the Land and Water Conservation Fund, and also passed into law the VA Tele-Hearing Modernization Act which allows veterans to attend appeals hearings remotely.
“I’m excited to launch Cunningham Consulting and offer our clients a full range of public affairs and strategic communications services,” said Cunningham. “I am a problem solver at heart and I am eager to help our clients navigate complex legal, governmental, and business issues and achieve their goals.”
Cunningham Consulting’s services will include public affairs, strategic planning and messaging, government relations and advocacy, crisis communications, media relations, and procurement for public and private organizations.
