Florence Crittenton Programs of South Carolina Welcomes New Senior Director of Operations
Florence Crittenton Programs of South Carolina, the state’s only home for pregnant and parenting teens and girls in foster care, has named Heidi Hildreth as Senior Director of Operations. In the newly created position, Hildreth is responsible for Budget and Financial Oversight, Human Resources, IT and Facilities, as well as working with the leadership team to provide expertise on operations systems as the organization grows.
“We are expanding our service array to offer more than just residential care,” said Cheryl O’Donnell, Florence Crittenton’s executive director. “Heidi’s operational leadership experience will enable us to develop the infrastructure needed to provide superior backend support for our program team to focus on what they do best – empowering young women to achieve independence.”
Heidi joins Florence Crittenton from the Medical University of South Carolina where she served as the Assistant Director of Operations under the Finance and Operations Division. Heidi also has operational leadership experience managing MUSC’s Department of Microbiology and Immunology, as well as, over a decade managing operations in for-profit industries.
“After relocating from Atlanta to Charleston in 2000, I am excited to be working with an organization that is so entrenched in the local community.
