Mex 1 Coastal Cantina Announces Launch Date of New Menu

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina today announced they will launch its new menu on April 6th. The Cali-surf-inspired restaurant has added new shareable plates, tacos, and more.

Guests can expect additions like the Ranchero Chicken Taco – crispy chicken tenders dunked in ranchero sauce, lettuce, Mex 1 sweet heat sauce, and topped with pickled sweet peppers and a Mexicali Burrito – stuffed burrito with seared steak, guacamole, french fries, pico de gallo, and smothered in queso.

Drink-wise, guests can imbibe in the new Pineapple Coco Margarita or opt for one of Mex 1’s new mocktails.
