This 4th of July Weekend, restaurateur and pitmaster Pat Martin – of Martin’s Bar-B-Que, Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop, and his cookbook—Life of Fire: Mastering the Arts of Pit-Cooked Barbecue, The Grill, and The Smokehouse – has several food options to complement your celebrations.

    • All ten locations (including the one on James Island) are offering specialty catering for the fourth – smoked meats, southern sides, and homemade sweets
