Press Release

As the first half of the year draws to a close, Charleston’s innovation-driven real estate firm, The Cassina Group, continues to dominate the Charleston real estate market. The powerhouse firm, with just 43 REALTORS®, stands as the number one boutique firm in the CHS MLS with over $326 million in closed and pending sales this year.

“We are incredibly proud of our REALTORS®,” said The Cassina Group’s founding partners Robertson Allen and Jimmy Dye. “External factors, such as limited inventory and higher interest rates, have made the first half of the year a bit more challenging, but our highly knowledgeable and experienced REALTORS® continue to deliver the best for our clients day in and day out as evidenced by our closed and pending sales numbers.”

The Cassina Group has closed 169.5 deals this year, with an average sales price of $1,516,903. Nearly 33% of deals done by the company closed for over $1,000,000 with over $72 million handled exclusively by Cassina REALTORS®.
