The Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission (CCPRC)’s morning Sunrise Yoga program returns for two final sessions to end the summer. The next Sunrise Yoga class will be held Saturday, August 26th at the Mount Pleasant Pier starting at 7 am.

Remaining dates in this year’s Sunrise Yoga lineup are:
- Saturday, August 26th – Mount Pleasant Pier, 7 am
- Saturday, September 2nd – Kiawah Beachwalker Park, 7 am
Pre-registration for Sunrise Yoga is available now at here for $10. Advance registration ends at 4 p.m. the day before the program. If space is available, on-site registration will be $12.
This program will be led by local yoga instructor Daniella (Dani) Jimenez. Through breath, movement, meditation and lots of love, Dani hopes to help others in the same way yoga has helped her physically and emotionally. Dani is a 200-hour RYT. She teaches all levels, from beginners to advanced.
CCPRC’s Starlight Yoga program also hosts several evening sessions at various park locations in 2023. For more information on Sunrise Yoga or any of the CCPRC yoga programs, or to register in advance, visit www.CharlestonCountyParks.com or call 843-795-4386.
