“Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition” Launches Event Series

Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition, the unique art and entertainment experience that showcases Michelangelo’s renowned ceiling frescoes from the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel, reproduced photographically and artfully displayed in their original size, has announced a series of events in Charleston. The exhibition is being held in Festival Hall through October 1st, 2023.

The events being held in connection with the exhibition include an ice cream social, a “paint n’ sip” evening, a happy hour event, and a yoga class. This unique series will held at Festival Hall under Michelangelo’s famous frescoes.

Here’s a look at the event schedule:

• Wednesday, August 16th from 5 pm to 8 pm
  • Paint n’ Sip session by Briahna Wenke at Paint with a Buzz
• Thursday, August 24th from 7:30 am to 9:00 am
  • Yoga experience with The Works yoga studio
• Sunday, August 27th
  • Ice cream social with Holy Rolly Ice Cream
• Friday, September 8th from 4 pm- 6 pm
  • Happy Hour experience with Aperol Spritz
