Executive Chef Orlando Pagán and Wild Common are celebrating the final days of summer with a multi-course heirloom tomato tasting menu.

Guests can expect a range of dishes that incorporate tomatoes such as sourdough focaccia topped with cherry tomatoes and purple basil; tomato gazpacho with blue crab, cucumbers and aged parmesan; and diver scallops poached in a smoked tomato butter with Sea Island red peas, summer squash and sauce choron.

The menu will be available on   Saturday, September 9th and Sunday, September 10th. Reservations times for each night are at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 pm.

Tickets for the five-course dinners are $150 per person with optional wine pairings at an additional cost, and reservations can be made via Resy.

Wild Common can be found at 103 Spring Street.
