Negroni Week Returns on September 18th

Published

on

Imbibe Magazine and Campari have once again teamed up with bars from around the world to raise money for the annual Negroni Week celebration. The event, which will be held from September 18th to September 24th, benefits Slow Food, a global movement of local communities and activists across more than 160 countries seeking to change the world through food and beverage. Slow Food says they “envision a world where everyone can enjoy food and beverage that is good for them, good for the people who grow it, and good for the planet.”

Each participating restaurant and bar will donate a portion of proceeds from their Negroni sales to Slow Food. A Negroni is a drink that is traditionally made with Campari, gin, and vermouth, but local bars may offer variations of the drink. You can see a list of participating venues here.

Imbibe Magazine launched Negroni Week in 2013, and since then, the event has grown from about 120 participating venues to thousands of venues around the world. To date, the initiative has raised over $4 million for charitable organizations.
