Quintin Washington of Quintin’s Close-Ups recently spoke with Ron Call, a retired chemical engineer and a West Ashley resident who wants to represent District 5 area (the Wappoo Road area, Outer West Ashley, and parts of Johns Island) on the Charleston City Council.
