The RiverDogs Team Up with The Sweetgrass Lounge for a Community Wiffle Ball Tournament
The Charleston RiverDogs have teamed up with The Sweetgrass Lounge to host a one-of-a-kind wiffle ball tournament on Sunday, October 22nd following Sweet Grass Vodka’s bottle signing event with co-owner Jeremy Renner on Friday, October 20th.
The home run derby-style tournament will become a monthly event at The Sweetgrass Lounge featuring a live DJ, food and beverage specials, and prizes.
“What better way to spend a Sunday than with The RiverDogs and wiffle ball?” asked The Sweetgrass Lounge manager, Lindsey Drummond. “We’re honored to partner up with the RiverDogs and bring people together to get active and share this experience as a community.”
The wiffle ball tournament is free entry for all ages and the winner of the tournament will receive a grand prize. There will be food and beverage promotions from both The Whale and The Sweetgrass Lounge. Spectators are encouraged to bring a beach chair for seating on the lawn.
The Sweetgrass Lounge is located at 1640 Meeting Street Road, Suite 108 in The Refinery and is open Wednesday through Sunday.
